We all know that with most new software and OS software that comes out in the market usually has a hefty price tag and in the past open source software hasn’t even been an option. Today we are starting to realise the potential of the linux and with various linux distributions becoming available and the installation of the OS and software becoming a lot easier than it used to be linux now is becoming an option for more and more users. The main selling point when bundled with hardware is the price tag which can sometimes bring down the cost of a product by as much as £100 combined with a laptop this is a substantial amount which is proving to be very popular with the new linux laptops that are coming out
